At Leamington Primary and Nursery Academy, we pride ourselves on celebrating Equality and Diversity. We are an inclusive school and provide equal opportunities to all children to ensure that they achieve the very best of outcomes. 

We have many different specialist teams within school who support children in achieving their potential in and around school.

We have a highly trained pastoral support team, trained in therapies, promoting positive behaviours, supporting friendships, working with others and supporting pupils with SEND.

Our Speech and Language therapist prioritises support within our Early Years unit to ensure that early help for our children is identified and any specialised provision is planned and delivered to support progress. 

Our Inclusion Team works to ensure that equal opportunities are available to all children across school. In addition, we have 2 dedicated Family support workers, who along with the Inclusion Team, work with children and families in making any adaptations or communications to ensure each pupils' needs are met.

We also continue to work closely with teams from the Local Authority and have used a range of recommended resources to teach children about equality and diversity. 

All pupils deserve the right to the very best education.
