Our curriculum is taught through enquiries, which is a thematic approach, initiated by an enquiry question. The enquiry is then taken on a journey of purposeful learning, culminating in authentic outcomes, which answers the question. We have a different subject drivers per term for our enquiry which are:
Autumn: Explore (PSHCE and Geography)
In response to the pandemic we have adapted our curriculum to support and nurture the social and emotional needs of our children. Our Autumn term enquiry has been split into two mini enquiries, with our first enquiry 'What makes Leamington?' having elements of the recovery curriculum and a PSHCE focus.
Spring: Discover (History and Science)
Summer: Create (The Arts and PSHCE/RSE)
